4th of july is over already?
Those fireworks didn't last nearly long enough.
I can't believe how fast summer's flew by. It's already half over! And guess what? I haven't been to the beach to go swimming yet. Um????? Does anyone else see a problem here?? I'm looking forward to these next couple months though, because life should pick up nicely. I've got a part time babysitting job...for my neices :) Which should be fun AND give me something to do.. Finally.
I'm going stir crazy. Even though i do have the househould chores of laundry, walking the dog & on fridays, cleaning. I feel like if i spend another hour in this house, i'll burst! :P (And yet, here i am. Blogging. When i could be outside.. Hmmm.)
We have several fun events coming up though! :) Teen Camp in Ohio this weekend. Which should be fun, if it's not too hot. But hey, it's ohio.. You never know. I'm looking forward to seeing some friends though. :)
Camp Michigan is coming up, probably faster than anyone is realizing. September is only two months away, after all. That should be fun, as always! Tacy Jane is coming up! That's really got me pumped up. I love her. <3
Anyway. How have i been spending my days? Work around the house. Writing. reading. normal tasks like sleeping, eating, excercizing, showering. You know. the list goes on & on.
Even though i have nothing to do, i somehow find words to make it sound like i do :)
Actually, yesterday Dot picked me up around 6 to go to her house & babysit her lil chica while she took Sylvia to appts. I spent the night then went to highway cleanup and helped Ashley watch 7 rowdy, loud, hyper kids. It was definitely fun, but a lil tiring. Ashley is about to pop! Her baby will be here soon!
That's when i'm taking over watching Amy every tuesday, which should totally be fun. i love her. Even when she hurts me. ;)
Life's pretty good. (If you don't count the boring thing.)
Mostly, it's just.. Life. But that's okay :)
