Starting Over

A while ago i deleted my 'Mandy's Life'.
Honestly, it bored me to death, as i'm sure it would bore anyone else, if anyone ever even read it :)

Anyway, life has been ... speeding up a little since i'm getting older. Also, there's less sleep & more drama at this age. I've been working on NOT being a drama queen,, but it kinda comes with the territory. :P
Compared to some of my friends, my life is completely boring and lazy. . But to me, it's a lot more productive than it used to be. -- I'm actually doing stuff! :)
(Don't say it. I know. I'm lame.)

I'm not even sure why i'm starting a blog again. I just love writing, even if i have nothing to write about. aand, i love designing the blog. Ha. Tis fun :)

So, school is NOT over for the summer yet. :( Hopefully soon. Dan got a job, so it's going to be a while yet, because we're only doing snatches here and there. I would love to be done before june. Hopefully much before june. {!!!!}
Other than school, i've been doing lots & lots of laundry -- I took all the family laundry over in return for not doing dishes. Mwahaha. I would much rather wash, dry, fold & put away all the clothes than clean up the kitchen. So yeah, i got the good end of the deal with that one. Given, it has its' frustrating moments, like when i do all the laundry, and find out that my brothers didn't give me their laundry, which is piled on their bedroom floors. Hmm. I've learned to check that.
I've been cooking occasionally. Even though it's not my favorite household chore, i don't mind helping mom out once in a while and making a simple supper.
I'm not really one of those girly-girls that just picks up on sewing, cooking, laundry & cleaning like a perfect little housewife.... I hate sewing, but now that i've done a couple dresses, it's not so bad. Still. I won't just sew for fun. Probably ever. Cleaning, i know how to do that. Pretty simple. :) But that doesn't mean i enjoy it. Speaking of which, i need to clean my room. :P....
I can't wait to be done with school, FOREVER. Four more long years. Unless i'm like Dot was. You know. Overacheiver. Pshh. So not me. :P {She finished when she was 16.}

I'm kinda rambling now, but growing up is overrated. It'd be awesome to be like 5 again when the most frustrating and heartbreaking thing was when someone stole my toy, or when i had to take a nap. :)
I am v e r y blessed though, for sure!
Anywayy. I'd love to say that i'm finishing this blog post to go do something productive and inspiring. But. I'm not. I think i might go fry my brain. I deserve at least that. I went to pick up trash today by the highway for 3 hours. Tomorrow i'll do something productive. :)
